Sounds like the yanks side of things is where the problems is and recovering that portion of the cash could take ages with litigation .

It is nice to hear all the big futures traders ,broking houses , ceo's etc joining the creditors commitee .

As mentioned and after viewing the slide show I reckon those in segregated accts will get a very good return if not a complete return on pooled money but u won't be getting the cash in the next few weeks .
