During the question time of that meeting someone should have asked why accross the board clients LVR's on the accounts of CFD's LVR's where increased to 25% without notice on the Monday 31st of October. When the administrators weren't even appointed on the Tuesday 1st of November.

Also why accounts where frozen on the 31st of October when MF Global inc didn't even file for Bankruptcy till that Monday night when MF Global inc announced Chapter 11.

This will turn into a class action tsunami mark my words. Is very unjust and disgraceful on behalf of regulator and government.
