I could not get any sense out of Deloitte's at 5:00pm today as to why my Daily CFD Statement for Aussies CFDs is not showing my positions closed as at 4 Nov 2011.
The best they said was ring ASX. I asked for a number they said just ring the general number at ASX.

So why are paying Deloitte's top dollar and yet there is no real support and help?
Is this the same for all CFD holders? Are they also confused, like I am? Are my positions CLOSED or NOT? It's a very simple question.
