My recommendation is to put in a proof of Debt Form so they know you exist. As there are 20,700 client accounts there may be mistakes so important to identify yourself.

It is not clear in the documentation I have read whether we as investors are designated as creditors or NOT. In my humble opinion it's all very unclear and poorly defined for a company that is supposed to be experts in Company Administration, but sadly making a nice earner is more important for some companies.
