Phil - I have already forwarded my proxy to Brent and I have also notified Mr Campbell of the fact that I will not be supporting him.
Furthermore, I have informed Mr Campbell by letter that I was not happy with the flow of information and in particular the non notification of clients being considered conditional creditors. Note that they also did not notify clients that they needed to provide Statements from November 1. Simply not acceptable and I do not want them anywhere near my money.
As mentioned in the Sydney Morning Herald today considering that MFG Australia is a relatively small company the fees are simply exorbitant.
