I have also given Brent Penfold my proxy vote as I too am disgusted as to how this whole matter is currently being handled.

When questioned as to why this had been allowed to happen yet again after the Opus Prime debacle, the response I received from ASIC was "it is the responsibility of the Aus Govt and not ASIC to make any changes to regulations". Just keep passing the buck. Corruption at its finest.
