The fact that Deloites hasn't addressed or even mentioned the simple question that most people would ask and that is, whether clients are creditors makes me suspicious of their motives. The segregated client account is probably from where they will draw their fees, therefore it wouldn't be in their interest to regard us anything but creditors.
