Fletap , I sent off an email to Bill Shorten who is the minister in charge of ASIC . I haven't got a reply at this stage .

One can only guess when they put out those documents for feedback some time ago only a few cfd providers made comment and no traders .

I wish I knew how to set up a site or poll to get signatures as your correct it is one way to make change but I'm also waiting for a reply and if it doesn't come I'll try and hit Shorten on a radio station but that will take some time .

I also note that the yanks segregated accts are not that much better off than ours , witness the MF debarcle and other examples still tied up in court .
