I have had all the usual cfd trading warnings and the like from my service provider over the years,but this one fazzed me and seems to up the responsibility onto the trader moreso. in that the underlying risk is, for whatever they do, is compounded onto the customers of their services.
Like their covering their buts/bets bigtime.
