    Good luck with that....the only way to be 100% sure that the share price is going to go up is when you buy it at $0.001...but hey even that is not right... just ask the Brisconnection share hlders (that is another story)

    for the rest of us, having a more (read substantially) than even chance of the share price going up should suffice
