I suspect that they found gross misconduct and that under his employment contract this could trigger an immediate dismissal with no payout.

I am anticipating the possibility of legal action from MF. This of course is pure speculation, but WHO would walk away from that kind of payout if there were no grounds for a summary dismissal? And even if there are solid grounds for this termination, which the board thinks it clearly does, Who would not at least fight it for a settled outcome?

Anyone watching the SA District court docket?
