Assuming I am understanding your question, the post tax NTA (as I understand it) is the NTA they would have if they sold the entire portfolio thereby realising their gains and then paid the capital gains tax applicable. Putting it another way, it is the liquidation value of the portfolio after tax.
The large discrepancy is due to the fact that they have been very successful and have a lot of unrealised gains in the portfolio.
