you have got it in a nutshell pretty much how I try to value stocks.
But then from your own number plugging you come up with a fair value of $24.82.
And yet the share price is $21.68.
So then doesn't that mean if one uses a scatter gun approach to collecting under valued companies, then isn't this a chance for you to acquire a position since the share price is trading under 'value'.
In which case, why is your sentiment 'sell' and your position 'not held' ??
