average FUM growth up from say $50bn to $100bn for the last 4 years is about 18%
all Hamish has to do is grow them by 10% and we are back on track and $20 will look cheap.

based on my previous post above, using the "12% return rule"
    assuming 10.3% gth of earnings
    divis over 10 yrs = $23.38
    eps after 10yrs = $4.85
PE =10 (not 15 as perviously assumed)
    10 x $4,85 = $48.50 in 10 years
    divis + price in 10 yrs = $71.88
expected rate of return = 12%
    $71.88 discounted back by 12% = $20.02

all assumption are conservative. whatever way you cut this stock looks extremely cheap.
Av PE was 21 and has now halved
when on the lowest PE ever ie 15 and 10% was assumed it was valued at $26.77
10% growth is in FUM is not great hurdle to get over because economies grow. so if the economy grows at 3% all have to do is increase FUM about 7%
to my mind this is a screaming buy. but I guess you have got to have conviction in your beliefs...
Have not been a capital "L" loser in the past.
