I'm tired of Australian ASX companies thinking they are geniuses and wasting shareholder capital on the "next best thing"..
I'm OK with a conservative BOD right now looking after (my) shareholder capital..
I'm fed up with being diluted by smart ar$e BODs and management teams "moving forward" bla blah.. with the next management speak hot shot idea that sprouts out of their mouths..
