actually I think you are wrong. I have been listening to HD a lot since COVID. that guy was talking about variants way back when we first heard about the virus and now, guess what we have got one - omicron. He also seems to be across other possible black swan events and there are lot of them around. Let's face it with massive money printing, almost zero interest rates, historically over valued markets - in both property and stocks. we are in dangerous times and it won't take much to bring the whole deck of cards crashing around our heads. HD takes his fiduciary responsibilities seriously and is investing for his investors prudently which simply means having a suitable allocation to cash, just in case and for this he is being punished by the market. Mark my words, come some economic disaster, as result of say omicron all his investors will be patting him on the back and MFG will out perform once again.
