Do you think your concerns are not shared with the market, the market also has these concerns, and hence the market has doubt, and hence the market is building these concerns and doubt into the price it is willing to pay for the shares, and hence the opportunity to buy at $20.
Once these concerns are clarified, there will be no concern, no doubt and the market will price much more comfortably.
