Very interesting reporting season for technology companies. It seems major changes are happening in technology companies, specially the media companies fighting for advertising $ and e commerce. So as investor of MFG , they have got Alphabet, Amazon, MSFT correctly. It seems Netflex and FB not so for the time being. As these are very long term investment strategies, as individuals we are not capable of understanding what is happening in the market place other than been critical after the fact, as 99.9% people do.
Did anyone realise how hard the change in Apple privacy code controls were going to impact FB and benefit Google. This is the reason I depend on MFG to get these decisions correct at least 60% of the time. I have no knowledge of the intricate details of these changes and how it will impact the markets.
Just to finish off as at this morning FUM is still around 93B for MFG. I have no knowledge of outflows or inflows.
