UBS and Barrenjoey’s bankers have made a seven-page pitch to lure Australia’s big superannuation funds and institutional investors to a $1 billion-plus infrastructure auction across the Tasman.
The bankers, on behalf of bigwigs Brookfield and Morrison & Co, are seeking a buyer for telecommunications infrastructure owned by (and to be leased back to) Vodafone New Zealand.
