It is called own 'quality' regardless of the price of that quality.
Own quality at a price significantly above the value of that quality and returns will be sub par.
Now go through MFG holdings and see to the extent of the above comment.
And further, see to the extent that 'quality' might need to drop further before the price paid anywhere near approximates the 'value' received, especially in a higher inflationary and interest rate environment.
Price is what you pay, value is what you receive. This applies to quality companies as well.
