I understand but then you should use prior years shares on issue of 296m.
Capital raise increased shares on issue to acquire new company.
You have included the increased capital base of shares on issue, but not included full year profit of both entities.
Therefore combined group P&L is understated (because of the timing of the acquisition), yet the full capital dilution from capital raise has been included in the shares on issue.
Therefore understating even the historical reported numbers.
