End of the day, MFG has significant key man risk. The market want's this removed. The market would much rather invest in wealth companies with excellent distribution capabilities, multiple product offerings etc.
The game as changed and the market will not be paying the multplies it paid in the past, except for maybe some micro listed fund managers.
