MFG in the BUY zone, page-45

This one is interesting. So now investors are going to pull out 1 to 2% because of this underperformance last FY.? Cumulative for FY 2021 it was bad for MFG compared to world MSCI, but still positive by 11% or so. If you extract from end Feb 21 to now funds has gone from 102B to 117B, which is 15%. Even if you compare last 2 months to other indexes it is line ball. When investors start focusing on latest numbers there is no disparity. Going forward I am expecting MFG funds to do better than MSCI for there reasons. 1. The so call reopening trade impacting other indexes sharply (positively) is over. 2. I am not expecting global indexes to go up much , if at all. But Msft, Google, FB, SaP etc will do better than the other companies. That is even if it goes down it will be less than others.(I still worry about Alibaba &Tencent) other consumer stocks will be fine.3. Chinese economy is slowing down fast and will not go for any more fiscal stimulus. (Entire world will have to figure out how to come out of this massive debt load). This will impact A$ more than US$ and therefore A$ will drop further at least 2 cents over next 3 years. Of course this is very difficult to predict, but these are my assumptions. Based on these investors will realise MFG will be better than shopping around. Also June qtr the outflow was only 300m on A$114B fund. Hardly anything. Please comment on my forecast.
