This will explain party of current predicament of SP. MFG has to put out better numbers than HY results of 2021 in 2022 to break this herd mentality currently displayed in market.
It will be very easy to beat 2021 HY EPS of A$1.15. This was achieved with average FUM of A$ 101.3B and in the current half year it should be A$1.35 to 1.40 EPS with average of A$115 B FUM. Last year associated losses of 6M was shown and this year it will at least A$5M positive. Yesterday it was announced that FinClear has turned profit in addition to Barrenjoey.
It will be nice to see the herd mentality the other way with the results in Feb 2022.
