Would be great to see any evidence you have of investors abandoning GQG or performance based on market cycles, I can’t tell looking at the detail over a number of years of data from GQG. Not sure how you are able to substantiate the claims in your post.
I suspect fund investors like the lower fee structure and are much stickier investors, but I can’t quantify that. GQG hasn’t had any negative quarters since inception, we haven’t been exposed to monthly figures since they listed on ASX. Seeing the monthly performance is very interesting and how performance correlates to Magellan (but just not by as much).
