MFG Results announcement today - What is everyone's expectation?, page-12

I agree with $1.95 EPS for 2023 and I have 1.93 in my worksheets, it is a very P&L workout.
The problem is the low PE given to MFG due to de-rating. For it to get a better PE than what is applied currently, they have to stop outflow and then start attracting funds again.
Only way it can happen is through performance of the FUM. I have prepared a small table with last 12 months annual performance figures comparing MGOC with World Index and also MFF, supposing Chris goes down that line. It makes it very interesting reading. Both MGOC and MFF suffered when the Covid began with high Cash holding. Since then MFF portfolio seems to have done better without Alibaba, Tencent & Netflex.
MFF portfolio is definitely more conservative and diverse . Million $ question what is best for next 3 to 10 years in the high interest rate environment.
