Handy timing... I'm tipping a partial sale to CVC, lower than the previous price, all debts repaid using those funds and the funds from recent selling. The funds business should continue in some altered form, hopefully with a better risk profile. Remainder used for recapitalization in acquisitions abroad (CVC are Asia Pacific after all) to grow the Stella brand considerably. As for share price, it's pure speculation - I've no idea how the market will react to the news, or how the news will be worded for that matter. All of it seems to make a world of difference! Slippery slopes, these! :) Regardless I'm going to wait it out.
