Everyone seems to be ignoring one salient fact: If MFS relists and trades at about $1, and we see the high volumes dumped on the market once more - anyone wanting a 1/2 share of MFS could buy it for 478m shares x $1 x 1/2. That equates to $239m.
Now to me that's the starting point - the worst case scenario I know, but we have to start somewhere.

That would be the way I would start if I wanted half the Company (Stella included, AND the Funds management).

There is no cheaper way.

And if the share price did not rise sharply they would soon get it. Of course just 51% would give control.
For those sort of prices I (as an aggressor) might want more. Like 100%.

It's a question of whether or not they can get the price up. And I mean a lot higher.
