Whether MFS has managed to put together enough to pay their short term debt or they have come to a deal over Stella, time is of the essence. They need re-list ASAP now that there is a turnaround in sentiment in the financials sector.

As much as the press would have us believe MFS is going under, with the selling down of their stakes in various entities, the chances are MFS is not too far off the magic $220 mil (taking into account cash in the bank)
even without selling a majority share in Stella.

I agree Bionic Boy - I'd say an announcement is not too far away....
