Your correct but someone had questioned why it borrowed.
Mortgage funds which try and duplicate what a bank does are an extremely difficult juggling act even when investors are supporting product.
When run starts become a nightmare and when they have borrowed it gets even worse.
MFS needs big brother to take over fund and sort out. Not sure if CS is that big brother or if it will be a third party
