    This is precisely the attitude that results in lawyers and the vulture funds making the money.

    If shareholders unite and fight then a work out plan can be put together.

    Having the majority of the board who precided over the creation of the mess still in place is the part I do not get.

    If through HC shareholders get together then this is great.
