Tuart, what sought of attitude are you referring to. If you think scott and friends will do this with out lawyers and MFS the same, i think you are kidding yourself.

As to the vulture funds, vulture are a necessary part of life. They come around to sweep on the mistakes of fools, persons with more ego and expertise. The worse thing is that the connections between management and those in the vulture funds doesnt surprise. I think the 'you scratch my back, i'll scratch yours' is at play.
