I have watched a number of property groups collapse last few years and beleived that with new management and a structured work out plan investors money could have over been clawed back.
Instead the liquidators, receivers etc came in, flicked the assets and did not even consider a work out solution. Now we are seeing the same in listed senario and shareholders becuaee they are many and individually have no voice will be hammered.
To see shareholders getting together through HC should be applauded.
I took you post to have the attitude that its to late which I do not beleive it is.
