GENERAL MEETING CALLED BY MR CHRIS SCOTT
Further to MFS Limited’s (ASX: MFS) ASX announcement on 4 March 2008
regarding the requisition of a general meeting by interests associated with Mr Chris
Scott for 7 April 2008:
MFS has raised various issues and concerns with Mr Scott’s advisers relating to the
validity of the notice of meeting and other documentation that Mr Scott has mailed to
shareholders.
The Company will write to shareholders about the resolutions once the issues
identified have been clarified by Mr Scott.
In the meantime, shareholders who have received material from interests associated
with Mr Scott should not take any action, including completing or lodging any proxy
forms, until they have received further information from MFS.
