I am no fan of Andrew Peacock, I'd rather someone like Argus to be the chairman. But I do feel Craig White has done the right thing after Jan 18.

Market changed a lot in two months' time, imagine what if the CVC deal was not signed? I bet mfs would have been placed under administration. Even adminstrator not appointed, CVC or others wouldn't want to pay the same price and MFS has to accept lot less - the truth is there are bargains everywhere, why do they have to buy mfs?
