Just read a similar one stating...'"MFS has no relationship with HFA other than being a shareholder. We don't have a business relationship, we don't provide them any services, they don't invest in our products," Young said.
"We are not involved in our shareholders' affairs. They are passive shareholders in HFA. Whatever happens within MFS is within their control," he said. "They haven't given us any indication about what they might do."
Young said he had heard speculation that an institutional investor may be interested in buying MFS's entire stake in HFA, but he is not in a position to comment.'
