Marcom, I have no idea why Andrew Peacock and a few others were not included in stage 1 of the Preliminary Discovery Proceedings. Perhaps they will be included in future dealings should the case get past base 1. Arthur Carney and his team have put in an enourmous amount of effort in this initial claim, I doubt he went to so much trouble if he thought there was no case to answer. Interesting times ahead I think. Thanks to all those involved in initiating this claim. It has been a long time coming and I believe instigated by a small group of dedicated investors with the best interests of all unitholders hopefully to benefit. Regards, Seamisty
