the question I would like an answer to is this
why should MFS offer to manage CNP's funds in the first place?
Doesn't CNP have staff?
I have feeling that that the rats are abandoning a sinking ship now.
As no one is around to manage things, MFS just offered to do the job for them.
I don't think it is a good sign.
Perhaps MFS share price has divided as they may not get paid for all their work.
ie a very bad allocation of resources
