FUM will certainly suffer due to the bad publicity.
On the other hand, perfromance figures from various MFS funds have been reasonable and so far I haven't seen deterioation.
This is different from what happened to recently collapsed Basis Capital or Absoulte Capital. (The performance figures suffered huge losses due to the illiquid nature of their holdings when forced to mark to market).
