While you are right that only those in the company know, you can put 2 and 2 together, and the problem is it aint 4.
The reason why Mr Scott is peaved is that he sold S8 for shares, and now those shares are locked up going nowhere. He has a vested interest. King and associated parties have made no rumblings. You would think that these large shareholders would be able to get together to have influence. To me this indicates that the banks are in control not the shareholders. Thats why the 'friends' of the banks will be the ones that benefit as a result ogf quick sales of the FM or other elements of the businesses.
