mfs...packer wants his 100million back, page-11

Challenger is accusing MFS of breaching conditions because it sold %Stellar to CVC. Am I correct?IMHO i believe that
CVC is partly,75%? owned by PBL and that is owned by Consoladated Media which is Packer and maybe Murdoch down the track.
So Packer indirectly buys % Stellar and then through Challenger asks for the unsecured millions back but he caused the breach by buying % Stellar.Good one.
MFS is surrounded by other US MFS'S and Packer.
But the media reporting this is owned by??
I am learning a great deal about the business world.
