Accounts will be not overly relevant given the fire sale taken place since - although maybe since assets are sold their value will be known so the balance sheet will reflect the actual position.
Regardless, I don't see MFS rushing to lodge accounts. What is ASX going to punish them by doing? Suspending the shares?? ASX has already proven they are not interested in doing anything in regards to ensuring MFS operates by the listing rules. Pure lip service.
