Didn't you read the last bit on that announcement?

Actually I think you are right.

I think it means...."well stuff you then ASIC as we never had an intention of getting those results out anyway. If we see it benefits us then we will do it...otherwise.....stuff you ASIC and stuff you shareholders. You have waited 8 weeks....wait some more...just sit their and wait....well do them one day".
