mfs relisting, page-7

Thanx Taxwiz,
If I dont sell but the company being MFS changes name to OCT will that be seen as disposing of shares at a loss? or just a transfer or something?
The directors could have shareholders tax implications in mind and considering the meeting is before relisting to trade could ease some pain for margin sold/holding stockholders.
If the name change does nothing for tax situations that is a good sign that MFS could still relist, isnt it?
