I think although they aren't in a desperate hurry (they have confirmed $150 is due by March and not NOW), they'll be wanting to wrap this deal up pretty quick, particularly with the media quick to jump on anything that might make a good story at the moment.

The Stella sale and the agreed price is to they key to valuing MFS. At least two suitors indicates to me a price somewhere below fair value, but not firesale.

If MFS's recent statements are correct, then I think relisting by Friday/early next week is quite likely.
