Yeah they can do it for as long as they like as far as I know.
But in this case MFS has indicated in its last Update to the ASX and to different media write-ups it was for 2-3 weeks but they are not rushing to just relist..they want to sort it.
I doubt it will be another month...thats my worst case theory.
I would say we will have an update by this Friday and then probably the shares will be trading sometime next week.
However, MFS can start trading at any time so I have set a "smart alert" in Etrade Pro which sends the heading of any announcement that hits the ASX.
I think MFS just needs to keep the market updated as each day that goes by people are getting more frustrated and believing less in the company's ability to turn it around.
Lets see how it goes.
