Since MFS is trying to legally block the Chris Scott EGM through some shareholder funded expensive legal advice and sneaky loophole....I think its better to keep certain things off discussion board in the hope Chris is not prevented trying to get a democratic vote going.
What are they worried about? We simply want someone on the board who is a REAL shareholder and will do MFS full time instead of a couple of meetings a month for $250,000 a year.
This MFS board is amazingly rude and sneaky.
