    Very wise.

    I do not trust the current MFS Board to act in the company's best interest or in the interest of shareholders who have lost significant money.

    The MFS Board has well and truly lost the plot and are running scared. I find the ASX announcement by MFS galling and offensive to owners of the company (including myself). Wasting more precious money, now on Legal Fees, appears the Modus Operandi.

    The owners of the company provided they fulfill the Corporation Law have every right to call a EG meeting and I'm sure Chris Scott has some good lawyers on the case to ensure every T is crossed.
