    I am not a shareholder but wish to see sense made of this mess so that shareholders get looked after rather than the usual way these things pan out.

    I am 100% behind Chris Scott and change but was questioning technical aspects and that is has he actually requested a meeting and put resolutions or is this meeting called by the board.

    Legally if he has not provided resolutions they cannot be put at this meeting and another will be required
