Rather than continue to pour scorn and cr*p on the present Board you could take the alternative view:
That is:
The problems ARE a lot worse than you or even they expected. And precious time is now being used in the best possible way to try to work these things out.

No announcements are being made because there are none.
No accounts are being presented because the problems are a lot worse. MFS did use Fund money in its own ventures. They did provide Fund money to its subsidiaries. (Even CIY said they never do that.)
Do you think they worked out the accounts and filed them away just to annoy us?
Do you think they are remaining unlisted when they could be relisted?

Do you think your man could do a better job?
These are problems with the structure and financing of the Company. The Company never anticipated a complete withdrawal from its funds. That's what's bringing the US companies down. How will your man find a better solution to that BB?
